1. Simulation Only — Not Financial Advice. Tensile Risk is a stress testing and analytics simulation platform provided by Prestantia Consulting Ltd. It offers analytical and modelling tools only and does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, credit ratings, regulatory guidance, brokerage, portfolio management, or any other regulated financial service. All results, metrics, scenarios, heatmaps, and reports are for informational and analytical purposes only and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise act upon any financial instrument or position.
2. No Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prestantia Consulting Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of or reliance upon any data, analysis, or output produced by Tensile Risk, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in this disclaimer shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
3. User Responsibility for Data. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any data uploaded to the platform. Tensile Risk applies models and scenarios to user-supplied inputs, and the quality of outputs depends entirely on the quality of those inputs. Users must independently verify all results before relying on them in any decision-making process.
4. AI-Generated Content. Certain features of Tensile Risk—including credit memos, risk narratives, scenario generation, and the AI advisor—are powered by artificial intelligence (large language models). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. All such outputs must be reviewed and validated by qualified professionals before use in credit decisions, board reports, or regulatory filings.
5. No Guarantee of Accuracy. While Tensile Risk employs rigorous quantitative models, no stress testing methodology can predict future market conditions with certainty. All scenarios are hypothetical, and past performance or model outputs are not indicative of future results. Market conditions may differ materially from any scenario modelled.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security. Client data is stored within secured infrastructure. Tensile Risk does not share, sell, or provide access to client portfolio data to third parties without explicit written authorisation. AI features may transmit anonymised query data to third-party AI providers for processing, and no portfolio identifiers or client names are included in such transmissions. Data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU and UK GDPR. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
7. Regulatory Compliance and Intended Users. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Tensile Risk complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in their jurisdiction. Tensile Risk is not a regulated financial service and does not hold any financial services licence. The platform is intended for use by professional and institutional users with appropriate financial expertise.
8. Non-Reliance. Users acknowledge that they do not rely on the platform or its outputs as the sole basis for any financial, investment, or credit decision.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance. Continued use of the Tensile Risk platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of this disclaimer.
